Directorate for Civil, Commercial and Administrative Law

Directorate for Civil, Commercial and Administrative Law is an administrative organisation of the Ministry that performs administrative and professional tasks related to: preparing draft proposal of acts and implementation of acts and other regulations from the Directorate's scope.

It implements special administrative procedures and administrative supervision from the Directorate's scope and it performs other tasks from its scope.

The following organisational units are organised within the Directorate for Civil, Commercial and Administrative Law:

• Sector for Civil and Commercial Law Regulations
• Sector for Property Regulations and Administrative Supervision
• Service for Land Regulations

Scope of work of the Directorate for Civil, Commercial and Administrative Law is stipulated by the Decree on Internal Organisation of the Ministry of Justice (OG 28/2012).
